  Took in 24k gold they tested it and said is was only 18k offered me less money i took the gold to another jewelry dealer where they tested it and it was infact 24k and i got what i wanted

  I've been a buyer here for over 25 years until I has a extremely poor customer service experience with the manager Steve. Their mistake cost me time and money and Steve didn't bother to recognize that or even offer to comp be a penny for my wasted effort. If you buy, just get new stuff and don't go here.

  Been by the store with bike(s) in car, and twice I was there with 5 minutes left b/f closing, and all I got was "so sorry" we are closed. I am only able to arrive at the end of day b/c I have a fixed schedule with kids, etc, and they should not be so anxious to close. Wait till customer arent around and they'll be begging for there unemployment check, and that place closes early as well.
